How to Upload Calls Into Telemined

Uploading your calls to Telemined is a seamless process. Simply use the CSV and MP3 files from the call tracking program of your choice and upload them directly to your Telemined account.

Simply navigate to the "Upload Calls" button on the navigation bar and either click on "Import call log CSV file" or "Import audio files" and choose your file from your device. Alternatively, you can click and drag your files directly onto the page, and Telemined will automatically upload them to your Call Library.

Note: Uploading a CSV is typically faster than uploading an MP3 file, and you'll be provided with richer call details when using the former.

Integration with Call Tracking Programs

If you are using Call Tracking programs, like Ringba or Retreaver, you can automatically upload calls to Telemined by inputting your API key on the "Integrations" page under "Settings". You can adjust the…

Introduction to the Telemined Call Library

The Telemined Call Library is your hub for the base call analytics, including the total number of uploaded calls, average call duration, and call intent evaluations. You'll have access to each call and dive deep into each interaction to hone in on what your customers want.

Easily locate priority conversations with Call Library filters — campaign, date, phone number, or call duration. It's an easy way to sort calls without listening to them yourself. Once you've selected your desired settings, click on "Apply Filters" to see your calls.

To check a call's AI insights, click on the document icon under the "Actions" column on the call's row, and the pop-up will appear.

AI-Generated Summary & Transcript

When you open a conversation's AI insights, you'll see its AI-generated call summary — a brief explanation of the call, highlighting important information, call outcomes, and discussion points.

Locate your conversation's transcript by clicking on the "Transcript" tab. Search through the transcript, play each line's audio, and find what drives your callers and agents.

The Team's Page not only shows individual performance, but it can also alert you when an employee is underperforming based on the metrics you set.

If an agent has a question about their performance or wants actionable feedback, you will be able to share their agent profile through the "Agent Share" button. This will create a URL that provides all the insights found on the Teams Page that is valid for seven days. After seven days, that link will disappear, and you will need to create a new one if you would like to send an updated version.

Searching Calls With Telemined

When you upload hundreds of calls, it's easy to lose a single call. Telemined's search features can help you find the perfect call. Access this page by clicking on the "Search & Filter" tab under the navigation bar.

Just like the "Call Library", you'll be able to filter your calls by Campaign, Sales Intent, Date, and Duration. Once you have your filters selected, click "Apply Filters," and Telemined will locate all your matching calls.

Here are the search options Telemined currently features:

  • Basic Search: goes through the AI-generated call transcripts to pinpoint the specific keyword you're searching for.
  • Hybrid Semantic Search: expands the 'Basic Search' option to add instances of related calls that you might be looking for.
  • AI Search: utilizes AI to find calls related to your keyword.

Integrating Search with AI

By using Telemined's AI Search, you can ask complicated questions or intricate situations, and our AI will pull all the calls or instances related to your query.

For example, if you were curious if your employees properly alerted customers that "all calls will be recorded", you can ask the Telemined Search AI, "show me the calls where they did not state a disclaimer." After a few seconds, the AI will find all the calls missing a call disclaimer.
